I called, and the tailor was willing to do it with less than two weeks…this is sooo difficult to find as a bride. When I came in and tried it on for him, he was very reassuring that it was the right length, that bridal dresses tend to be a bit longer, etc. He repeatedly told me that it was perfect and so beautiful—great reassurance!! I there was also a small stain on the back of the dress, and he said, no problem, let me remove this for you for free, and then did so so quickly. He then carried it out to my car for me as I’m quite short and he didn’t want it to drag on the ground. Truly a wonderful interaction from beginning to end which feels so reassuring this close to my wedding. I will be back!“

However, when they saw the label immediately, they informed me of an upcharge to $35. Regardless of the brand,it's the same process. Yes, I still had them dry clean the best, but I'm horrified at the price for the thigh-high jacket from the same brand.“
