Came here for the first time, a lady named Madison told me my coat should be around $22 dollars and my total was $32. Nobody honored the pricing that was said. Wouldn’t recommend. It wasn’t even a proper dry cleaning job!-I am editing this review because Columbus reached out to me and refunded me the difference and apologized for the mishap. I appreciate them reaching out. Thank you

Had such a positive experience with this particular Columbus cleaners. Had a really delicate Brunello cucinelli piece that another cleaners had declined cleaning given how delicate it was. Columbus cleaners graciously accepted the challenge and returned the item cleaned and like new! Will definitely be bringing all my high end items here.

If you're a south end resident don't even consider going anywhere else. Fantastic, just fantastic. Very nice people that know what they're doing. I brought in a suit that had gum residue after leaving some gum in my shit breast pocket and was washed by another dry cleaners, and I picked the suit up 2 days later looking brand new.
