The energy of the staff and sensei are so supportative but you walk out dripping sweat. I was always so nervous to do a class but I felt comfortable right away, I joined Sensei's karate class as well. The class works for every one! sensei makes it easy for you to adjust to harder or easier workouts based on your ability. I'm so happy I found this class I live all the way in Medford and it's totally worth the commute I recommend this work out studio for anyone and everyone, you belong here :)“

“Mr.Van and his instructors are extremely knowledgeable and patient. My two kids and myself take there. Mr.Josh is extremely patient with my kids especially the 4 year old. Class material is well structured and extremely enjoyable. I can not recommend Middleton karate enough for both adult and kid classes.“

“There is no other place like Authentic Karate! Sensei Chip and Mr. Andrew are outstanding leaders and role models for children. I first enrolled my son when he was 5 years old and his little sister started at 3 years old after watching him for several months. My kids look forward to karate and look up to Sensei Chip and Mr. Andrew. I don't think you could find any dojo like this one! I love seeing my kids grow mentally, socially, and emotionally through karate. I also love that young adults/teens are involved in teaching the younger kids classes. What truly sets the school apart from other martial art's schools around it, is that it is taught by adults who volunteer their time and effort and do not get paid for it. You only pay the gym for the access to to gym premises and that fee goes only to the gym and not to the Cambridge Tang Soo Do, so it is not based in profits but simply on the passion of good hearted people.
