“The assistant manager was at the front desk and did not greet us at all or even acknowledge the fact that we were there. Whereas Dave the manager is always very personable and greets anyone who walks through that door. Customer service training is highly essential here in this office. It would be nice to receive engagement by nurturing our existence. This will increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty rate. Overall, the rest of the staff was amazing! Thank you.“
