“I was running a lot and had gone from longer runs of 8-10 miles to pain in my knee only a couple of miles in. Nothing I tried worked and I worried I just couldn’t run anymore. Within a couple of weeks of PT, I was doing 4 miles again. 8 sessions in, I had run 8 miles without pain. He knows his stuff! Would recommend to anyone who has pain stopping them from training.
