98 Great Rd, Stow“My husband and I have been training with Chris for about two years both individually and as a couple. When COVID hit, and the world shut down, Chris made the transition to training on zoom seamless and fun. We have been happy to continue to train in our own home with no commute and no need for additional childcare. At times, the kids have even joined in. I do not enjoy exercising and often need external motivation to get started. Chris has been essential in getting us started and motivated to continue. She keeps the training sessions fun, challenging, and unique every time, making us want to come back for more. I look forward to continuing our journey to better health with Chris!“

Nobody wants to work out with a whole bunch of people watching them and if you do at least you know there’s only locals and what’s a good is that when you get out, you can watch the trains pass by“
