We did a whole house renovation with Top Notch and the level of service is above and beyond you could imagine. Not only did we want a beautiful home, we wanted a high performance home that'll take on the harsh New England weather and these guys delivered. From planning to execution to maintenance, they were extremely organized, professional, transparent, and detailed as you can get from a high quality developer. They understand building science and embrace the latest technology but still build with fundamentals. The thing that stood out to me most is how Top Notch handled unexpected events with existing conditions of the house and provided clever solutions that could have derailed the whole project. They're problem solvers and extremely efficient. No project comes without issues and ours was no exception but their ability to take accountability and the "make it right" mentality was exceptional. If things don't meet their expectations and quality checks, then they'll rip it out and redo the work. That's unheard of. They're also not complacent. They make it a priority to educate themselves and their staff on becoming better builders. I have not seen anything like this anywhere else. We're so happy we chose Top Notch who in fact was referred from our architect as part of the bid process.We had to pleasure to work with Josh who managed the project from beginning to end. I have visited this carewell 3 different times in the last 5 years. Each time I met with staff that were efficient and kind. One doctor even called me 3 days later to see how I was feeling. The office is clean and the longest I have wait a was 45 minutes. I would recommend Carewell Lexington .
My son is in his second year of dance classes with Deborah, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Deborah is always encouraging and positive while expecting her dancers to work to the best of their ability. My son wasn't so sure about performing on stage at the end of the first year, but is now excited to start working on this year's performance piece. The student-led small group choreography, which happens with each piece practiced, is a highlight for everyone.

I arrived and he had a platter of cookies and champagne ready for me. He offered a hair shampoo or just a rinse. He cut and styled and was nothing but kind. He moved from Italy with a dream of owning his own salon.Absolutely reccomend and hope he gets as many customers as possible.

They made an appointment for me with the Square app, so now I've loaded that app to my phone. It was a great experience. Quiet, peaceful, and all of the regular amenities. First lash and brow of Lexington has a very clean and welcoming environment. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and lashes lifted and tinted with Clarissa, and couldn’t have had a better experience. She often checked to see if I was comfortable, and if I needed anything. Her work is just incredible and speaks for itself. I’m extremely happy with how my eyelashes and eyebrows turned out. She's a true artist and expert stylist who has naturally transformed my hair into something with lift, body and flow (which can be incredibly difficult to do with super straight hair). Her advice has been invaluable in finding the most flattering hair color for my skin tone that also provides amazing and lasting gray coverage. I am so incredibly grateful to have found her.
Kerrie is so amazing! She really takes the time to understand what you want (or helps you figure out what you do want if you're indecisive and don't know). She's also very kind and considerate. I walked in for a pedicure while my car was being repaired at the Toyota dealership next door. They were able to get me in without a wait even though I didn't have an appointment. This crew is great! Wind took down a 60 foot tree from across the street onto my property, leaving a mess of fallen and broken trees. Phil and crew were there the next morning. Alice knows muscles! She is excellent at teaching you to listen to your body, and gives great care and attention to your feedback as she progresses through the massage. She also listens carefully to your personal health/injury history and uses it to inform and target her massage. She helped release some tight muscles surrounding an old shoulder injury, and gently released significant tension that I was holding in my neck and shoulders. She also educates her patients in habits contributing to muscular health, and has many practical and easily-implemented suggestions. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

If there were a 10 star option, I would click it. Kristina is the best of the best. I am an esthetician and have endless options and opportunities to be treated by any massage therapist of my choice. However, I always choose her. Aside of the relaxing atmosphere, she has the ability to identify problem areas just by touch--as if I have drawn circles around those areas. She's incredible!
Zach has been amazing. I went to Zach for lower back pain after pregnancy and after about 10 sessions he pretty much cured me. I have not had any pain since. I am currently in treatment with him and already feeling better after a few sessions. Over the years I have recommended him to many.
Cynthia is absolutely amazing! I had suffered a minor head concussion and had some slight headaches after my incident. Cynthia recommended an Auricular Acupuncture and it worked like magic. I went to see Tamie for chronic constipation ans GI issues. Right away, Tamie had me tested for the H Pilori bacteria, and she wanted to check my hormonal level, cardiovascular markers…Well she was right, I had the bacteria and she gave me a specific regimen to treat it. We discussed the results of my other tests as well and I am working in balancing everything. I was a complete skeptic when it came to acupuncture and had a fear of needles. Dr. Zhang changed that. It was incredible that with just a few treatments my sciatica was cured. After months of not being able to sleep without pain, I was finally able to sleep through the night.
Steve is incredible. This isn’t a nice relaxing massage that maybe feels good while you’re on the table but once you get off all the problems are the same. This is truly therapeutic bodywork which, while it can be uncomfortable in the moment, actually repairs damage and restores function to address a huge range of health issues. Steve resolved chronic pain I had in my lower back for literally thirty years that hadn’t responded to treatment by many doctors, chiropractors, and traditional massage therapists. I’d given up. Then Steve changed my life. Sounds dramatic but it’s really the truth. There are people who are true gifts to those lucky enough to have their help. Steve will tell you the truth, and then help you feel much much better.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Loocie. After the first visit I felt immediate pain relief. I had neck surgery in May 2022 and still have some pain and weakness to work through. The pain radiates down my shoulders and arms. acupuncture has become a regular part of my self care regimen. I also have PCOS and I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall endocrine wellness. It’s also a very relaxing experience, similar to having a massage or hour in a salt room. Dr. Loocie listens to my concerns and teaches me about what is happening in my body and why. It’s incredible the difference this has made in my life in a short period of time. Any time I’m not feeling my best I make an appointment.
