Organic Nails in Lexington is the best!! Pnu, John and Jess are excellent!! Everyone is there!! They are welcoming and very professional!! I love to go there to get my nails done, both pedicure and manicure!!

My daughter and I both had great experiences at Organic Nails and Spa. Our technicians were excellent. Very skilled and professional. The atmosphere is pleasant and salon is very clean. The new massage chairs are comfortable and relaxing. Will definitely return.Services: Pedicure

My original review of this place was negative. The person who did my nails made me bleed, and I had a pretty negative experience. However, I recently returned here and had an amazing experience. They redid the interior which is now much nicer. John did my nails and was absolutely amazing!! He pays a lot of attention to detail and gave me exactly what I asked for! I am planning on returning here soon!
