My son is taking classes w them since he was 4. He is 11 now. Thisxis a good place to bring kids in the spectrum. So happy w all of the staff. Kindness, respect and understanding!!!

FMAC - Dr. Len, Mr. Len and all of their team are amazing! With a basis in martial arts, their program is really about developing great human beings. Their kids' programs focus on character development - with lessons, goal setting and recognition for practicing the positive qualities of modesty, integrity, perseverance, self-control, indomitable spirit and wisdom. Love these people!I grew up with some karate, (green belt in Shotokan). My oldest (11) and I have always done some semi structured fighting at home. As he's gotten older it was time to get more serious about it, following his interest. We did some YouTube classes together. But it was time to get formal training. So we looked into the options in town. Went to see the taekwondo place. Did really like them. And came to see FMAC in person as well. They took us right in and had us blocking pads and running up and down the mat. Very engaging demonstration. Jumped right in talking about character development and life skills.
