I highly recommend Prof Rick. I took firearms training with him. It was very comprehensive and enjoyable. My children and myself have been taking martial arts lessons from him as well. So informative and empowering. His has an amazing amount of knowledge that he is always willing to share. You won't be disappointed going there.

From Budo Kai Martial Arts and Leominster Firearms Training

Budo Kai Martial Arts Inc has merged its Leominster Martial Arts with its Leominster Firearms Training Program (which is held at a separate location) to give our clients a complete Self Defense Training Program that will prepare them to be confident, alert, and prepared for real world situations, both physically and mentally. Students, age 5 to adult, train in a family-like atmosphere, form life-long friendships, enjoy stress relief, lose weight, and tone their bodies in addition to learning the latest in self-defense techniques.
