“Been a customer of Nick for over 10 years. He did all the plumbing for our two bathroom remodels. He also installed a new boiler and hot water heater. For any unexpected plumbing / heating issue, Nick and his team have been quick to respond. After the Merrimack Valley gas explosions happened in 2018, our water heater stopped venting when it was turned back on. Nick installed a new vent pipe in our chimney. I never knew plumbers even did that work, but he did it -- going up over 30ft on a ladder in the pouring rain.

“I have worked with Hinchion for years and always been very happy with their work and fast response times. They have put in toilettes, fixed and replaced pipes and put in a sump pump that comes on every time it rains, thank god! Recently, they came out to replace my water heater and did a great job and went above and beyond. They found that my exhaust into the chimney was blocked by fallen debris in the chimney and had to spend additional time getting it cleared and venting properly. I highly recommend this company they are honest and that's hard to find.“
