“I've only had three sessions with Jessica, so far, but I can tell it's making a difference.
I injured my right quad during the summer of 2022, ignored the pain because I thought it would "just go away," and as a result, by the fall of 2022 I was limping badly on both legs--due to overcompensation/limping from the initial injury.
I had two rounds of "traditional" physical therapy during calendar year 2023, and it helped, but nothing has been able to rid me of the constant pain and other issues associated with the injuries, especially in my left quad/left hip flexor, and occaionally in other areas, including the right quad and right knee. My range of motion and ability to do simple things such as bend over to pickup items that have fallen on the floor has been significantly affected.
I finally decided to give MFR therapy a try because I had the sense that general tightness in the affected areas was a key issue.
Jessica's treatments have already resulted in improved range of motion and less pain. I'm not all the way back, yet, but I do feel even after just three sessions that I'm finally on the right track, and I look forward to being able to move around like a normal man my age again once I've completed more sessions with her.“

While they each have their own unique and effective way of teaching (from very gentle to more intense classes), they all share a similar approach in making their classes accessible, enjoyable, and welcoming to all. I also am a Burn Survivor. Two years ago I almost lost my legs in a fire. 15% of my body was badly burned. She has helped me immensely with getting my muscles and scar tissue moving again after my skin grafts. God Bless her.“

“I came by during the open house "walk through the villages". What a beautiful open clean space! I instantly felt like my stresses were melting through the floor. The staff are very informative and gentle. Crista, Dot, and Scott were there explaining the many benefits of yoga. Being a quiet person I find the small size of the class 10-12 people feels intimate and personalized to my needs. I feel like I can actually do this. I am definitely coming to try yoga. Thank you.“

“First experience taking hot yoga and enjoyed it! As a complete novice Peter took the time to greet us before class started and help get us set us and oriented. Guided and assisted us through the more challenging poses. While you can tell everyone else in the class were experienced, we felt right at home. The music playlist wasn't what you would expect during a yoga class and sometimes was distracting but at other points energizing.“

“I love coming to pilates! I wish the classes didn’t book up so fast. I’m technically a level 1.5 but I often have to take any class that is available and most of the time it’s a level 1 - limiting my ability to advance or grow. Lately, I’ve felt very unmotivated to attempt to book a class. I usually have to book at least a week or two in advance. I also wish we were welcomed at other club Pilates studios so we can have more options when booking classes but I understand not all memberships work the same and the more money you spend, the more options you receive. Erin is the best instructor for me. I also love Ashley but have not seen her in awhile.“
