They were easy to communicate with in the planning stages and they were efficient once the work began on the pool. They did a fantastic job with the final grading once the hole was filled and it has improved our water flow in the yard as a whole. He was booked the day I called, but was able to fit us in within a day to come take a look at our fridge. He called the evening before to confirm the appointment, and arrived right on time. “Sidney and his team are extraordinary.First, Sidney is responsive. That is rare is his business. But Sidney doesn’t play games. I called him and he came right over, looked at the work (repairs to a finished basement room after a flood) and he gave me a price in a very reasonable few days. And the price included ALL the work I wanted done. That never happens. Everyone else I called either ghosted me, gave me a ridiculous price or gave me a ridiculous price AND left half the work I wanted done off the proposal. Sidney was excellent. I had a good feeling from the beginning.Then he and his team began the work. His team was fast and the work was very high quality. Anytime I had a question, he got back to me immediately. And anytime he had a question for me, I appreciated that he thought to ask it. It was SO smooth.The work came out absolutely beautiful.
