I used them for my home inspection back in November. They were phenomenal and reassuring about issues and gave realistic expectations should I purchase. I purchases the home they inspected and refer back to their report often when coordinating with my contractors and it has saved such an headache. Highly recommend, very thorough and did not rush at all.

Cary and Pam rock the home inspection world in the Pioneer Valley. I invest in small multifamily homes, I would go to anyone else for my inspection. Don't let your agent steer you to his or her "go-to "home inspector-- they just want to seal the deal.
