“The real test of an excellent organization is how your treated when unexpected problems arise. In my case, I was given a prescription for glasses from my ophthalmologist in Mass and I brought it to IlluminEyes to be made. When I put them on my vision was still frustratingly blurry and I was now out the money for my initial eye exam and presumably for my new glasses which were useless. Amy immediately reassured me that I had a 90-day warranty on the glasses and that I should go back to my ophthalmologist in Mass and make sure I was given the correct prescription. Turns out, I was not given the correct prescription and Kristen very graciously took my new one and had my new glasses made and my unexpected problem was solved reassuringly, competently, and expeditiously, and at no additional cost. When an organization protects you on the downside then you only have an upside. This is why I will remain a client.“
