Had to come in waited about five minutes and was taken into the exam room where a nurse asked questions, took vitals and later blood sample and nose swabs. The doctor came in after the test results were available. She explained next steps and prescribed medication to my pharmacy. All during this process everyone was professional, kind, and informative.
