The staff is very friendly and most of them have been there for as long as I've been a patient. I never have a problem getting a visit. “I was once a swimmer and runner, occasionally hit the gym (without really knowing what I was doing), ate well enough (so I thought), and stayed fairly thin throughout most of my 40s. Then the pandemic hit, family obligations became more of a focus, and I crossed the line into my 50s. I had put on 25 pounds in a few short years and found it difficult to motivate. Feeling sorry for oneself without the motivation to facilitate change was not a happy place to be.In August 2023 I tore myself from the couch and visited Impact, not really knowing what to expect. I met Coach Peter and felt encouraged by his enthusiasm and understanding.
