Thorough, thoughtful and compassionate -- with Dr. Miller taking extra time, and patience, to attend to individual needs. All procedures and results have been explained with clarity; all questions and concerns welcomed. I agree with reviews here that say past issues with phone call wait times, office staff, etc. have been significantly improved. I have not experienced any difficulties this year.“

“I don't understand the low rating given to Charles River Med Assoc. The people that make the appointments are kind and try to get a time that works for patients. The aide's & doctors are kind and easy to speak with.“

“DR. Sussman is a good man and doctor, He has patience and understanding like a old friend . I could tell him anything and he would give me his advice straight and to the point. I know some people dread to see the doctor. I look forward to it. I wish him well and to his wife. In everyone's life in time we must indoor change.
