The woman who is typically at the desk is incredibly kind and patient with every client that comes in. Over a year ago the gentleman who did my eye exam was so knowledgeable. And today , the gentleman (who I believe is the owner of the business) was just as wonderful. I needed new glasses and the first pair he picked for me was perfect. “Had to get an emergency appointment for my right eye. Wasn’t sure if it was infected so called the Gardner office they were polite and helpful and said something about Athol but then I said what about the office at the old Kmart plaza so she looked and there was an appointment. Got there and was taken fairly quickly the doctor came and said that it was a tear duct plug that had popped up and was scratching my eye so she removed it. Feels much better niw“

He communicated with other drs in my care and called me many times when I was in the hospital to get progress updates and to make sure I was ok.
