“Great experience at F45 Foxboro. Coach Pat and Coach Alex were awesome and kept me motivated throughout the workout! Whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete, training with Coach Pat and Alex will push you to reach your best!“
“I have been working out with Jay twice a week for five months. I already feel stronger and my cholesterol is down. Jay specializes in strength training with machines and weights. He is able to customize your workout to help you achieve your desired results, and he can design modifications when you have joint pain. This is a huge advantage over going to the gym and navigating the equipment yourself. No more I can't workout because I hurt my knee, Jay will keep you moving forward without further injury. I recommend spending a couple of hours a week in Jay's gym!“
“Ben is the sensei who can connect with young and old, fit or infirm. Meets the learner at their level and raises them up. He is a Professor of the Fighting Arts.“
“Just went for an intake, I'm looking forward to my 1st class to see if it's a good fit!! I think it's gonna be!! Can't wait“
“I trained with Lauren regularly for over 2.5 years. When I started, I had gone soft from years at sitting at my desk living in Excel spreadsheets. I had just enough stamina to make it from my desk to the closest vending machine and back. I was at my all time heaviest and needed a change, so I turned to Lauren Lauren's approach is gentle and encouraging. If you are looking for the kind of trainer who screams in your face and frightens you into compliance, look elsewhere. However, Lauren WILL challenge you. She WILL test your limits, but in a kind way. In my case, I would push myself extra because I didn't want to let her down. Lauren has her own studio. This is awesome because you don't have to worry about looking stupid in front of randos the way you would at a regular gym. I was able to really focus on exercising without feeling self conscious. The space is on the smallish side, but very well equipped, with everything needed for strength training, an exercise bike, treadmill, and a plethora of extras (balance board, bosu, stability balls, etc...) About 4 months after I initially started training, I was down 32 lbs and feeling good. My stamina and endurance had greatly improved. About 7 months after I started training, I was doing things in the gym that I thought I would never do--the kind of exercises that only "atheletes" could do. I also worked with Lauren throughout my ENTIRE pregnancy. She knew which exercises to modify and which to avoid. I was actually strength training with Lauren the very day my daughter was born. I truly believe that the training I had during my pregnancy helped me keep my strength and stamina up through labor and delivery. I don't get to train with her as much these days since I moved away from the area. However, she does provide written copies of workouts, so I still use those. If you are looking to make a change for your health, I highly recommend giving Lauren a call.“
“My family and I have been searching for a good personal trainer for a couple of years. We had tested out numerous sites on the south shore until we found John. He is very attentive, shows you proper techniques, takes the time to schedule your personalized workout before each class, teaches for a full hour, is consistently checking your technique, has years of experience, and is very reasonably priced. If you have hunted around like we have, you’ll know that these traits are often the complete opposite of many trainers who: look bored, spend more time watching other people in the gym, use a stock training program, train you for 25 minutes then expect you to work out on your own for the other 35 minutes, are inexperienced, and are very overpriced.Overall I give John Greene’s training five stars and highly recommend him.“
“I have been working with Kim for years. She is very knowledgeable about her craft and brings that expertise to her clients. She is very dedicated and wants to see her clients succeed. She will tailor the workout to your level but also give you the push you need to reach your goals. This goes for both her personal training and her yoga classes. You will not regret your decision to come and work with Kim. I highly recommend!“
“I've had a handful of personal trainers, but none pushed me to & past my limits like Evan. He helped me achieve my goals above & beyond what I set. My cardiovascular health has improved significantly, I have more endurance & stamina, and my self confidence has greatly improved. I highly recommend his personal training sessions as well as self defense training!!“
“I've been a member for 2 years and this gym is a winner! The trainers are fantastic and the strength training workouts are interesting and always changing so that I don't get bored. Cardio is HIIT which maximizes my workout in a shorter period of time. It feels like personal training but more affordable.“
“Watch out for the $59 annual fee.... I was not happy with their response...The staff and members made up for the loss though“
“Great gym! Has everything you need and is so accessible. Very clean and good environment!“
“SmartTraining equipment helps pace and vary your workouts to maximize results and minimize risk. Members have 24/7 access. In my case, as a visiting Koko member, I was provided temporary after-hours access so I didn't have to guess at the hotel fitness center.“
“we are very thrilled about the commitment of these two staff that made the tour with us tonight: Samory Tavares and Troy Francois. we couldn’t be happier about their service, their professionalism, their warm welcome. Just because of their service, we are willing to join the club as we believe good service starts from the beginning, and we are very excited about the uniqueness of the gym.
you guys deserve a 5 stars of excellence.“
“Overall equipment is good a verity of exercise machines with some free weights. Just frustrated with equipment maintenance and repair. Any machine that is out of service takes monthly to get repaired, recently a stationary bike went out of service. I left for Florida when I returned 2 months later still out of service now a second is out of service and third cup holder is broken off. Only 5 of these in gym so 40% out of service, now we pay an annual fee for maintenance! So I would expect we get something for our money like maintenance not just an extra fee to the business.
Frustrated black card member“
“5 stars. Probably a 4 star given could improve with more diverse equipment for muscle groups (specifically I’m thinking put a tricep bench that can hold 45 lb weights that wasn’t replaced). Also try best not to close before weather events if they don’t occur (so far have been better). Cliff withour a session improved my Bench and squats while a regular helped me avoid hyperextending on shoulder presses. Didn’t need to help me but did. Again some things can be improved (steam room opening again would be great or having 2-3 different types of machines working groups in different ways), but for 20 a month it’s my preferred gym. Thought they closed for weather when it was a power outage. At the NA location.“
“Excellent gym especially if you are a self-starter. I had a great experience getting onboard to the gym. Rachel, the manager?, was great and then set me up with an initial training session which was also helpful. The gym itself is just the right size for me and has all the core gear I need. It is a little tight in the free weight area but so far it has not been a problem working around the other people here.“
