“Excellent gym especially if you are a self-starter. I had a great experience getting onboard to the gym. Rachel, the manager?, was great and then set me up with an initial training session which was also helpful. The gym itself is just the right size for me and has all the core gear I need. It is a little tight in the free weight area but so far it has not been a problem working around the other people here.“

“Going on my 4th week at Get Fit with weekly personal training. The staff is fantastic. They are all extremely knowledgeable, not only in physical fitness, but also backgrounds in physical therapy, pain management, and nutrition. This came in handy for me as I am a year out of extensive cervical spinal surgery. So having a team who is not only focused on my fitness, but doing it in a conscious manner, taking into consideration areas with a greater need of awareness. They reach out to ensure I have everything I need for a well rounded program. They use a great scheduling app, and make it easy to drop into classes. Speaking of classes, my 14-year-old son has been doing a few of the classes while I get personal training. He really enjoys the classes and the trainers. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you are looking for a spot to get some personal training, join some great fitness classes, get some nutritional support, and have a good time, Get Fit is the place!!

“I've been going to Get In Shape For Women for about a year now and I've lost 40lbs! I've struggled with finding a diet and exercise plan that works for me, but they make it so easy! The owner, Stephanie, is so encouraging. I've never once felt intimidated to go, even on weeks I know I haven't eaten as well. The instructors are all fantastic, I can't say enough kind things about them. It's so nice to be able to laugh and joke around with not only them but the ladies in the class as well. “My family and I have been searching for a good personal trainer for a couple of years. We had tested out numerous sites on the south shore until we found John. He is very attentive, shows you proper techniques, takes the time to schedule your personalized workout before each class, teaches for a full hour, is consistently checking your technique, has years of experience, and is very reasonably priced. If you have hunted around like we have, you’ll know that these traits are often the complete opposite of many trainers who: look bored, spend more time watching other people in the gym, use a stock training program, train you for 25 minutes then expect you to work out on your own for the other 35 minutes, are inexperienced, and are very overpriced.Overall I give John Greene’s training five stars and highly recommend him.“

“Overall equipment is good a verity of exercise machines with some free weights. Just frustrated with equipment maintenance and repair. Any machine that is out of service takes monthly to get repaired, recently a stationary bike went out of service. I left for Florida when I returned 2 months later still out of service now a second is out of service and third cup holder is broken off. Only 5 of these in gym so 40% out of service, now we pay an annual fee for maintenance! So I would expect we get something for our money like maintenance not just an extra fee to the business.

“Best gym in the area. Plenty of equipment so you don’t need to wait for a squat rack or anything else. Big turf area for functional fitness. Kara, Bryce, and Lydia do a great job as trainers. Highly recommend!“
