“I had an absolutely fantastic experience getting tattooed by Brian Hemming at GITM. This was not my first tattoo but it was my first "custom" tattoo, where I wanted someone to design my idea for me, and I was pretty nervous about the whole process. I searched for a really long time before finding Brian's work, and I pretty much immediately knew that his artistic style was what I was looking for. I booked an online consultation with him and he was super friendly, easy to work with, and I could tell he actually cared about understanding my idea. He sent me some preliminary sketches and I requested a few modifications to his initial sketch which he was totally cool about. Again, I could tell he understood the idea I had in my head. When he sent me the final design, I was honestly blown away -- it was perfect. We booked an appointment and he did the tattoo in one session. We even had to make one last-minute adjustment which he accommodated with no problem. The whole experience was super comfortable and super professional -- really, it pretty much could not have gone any better. Brian was able to take an idea I had in my head and turn it into something real and authentic. I literally could not be happier with the tattoo and how it turned out.
