Love this shop! All the artists are so friendly and everything is clean and handled very professionally. I’ve always had a good experience. Michelle is a great artist and always makes me feel super comfortable, never rushes any decision making, and makes the whole experience enjoyable!

GITM is my go-to tattoo shop in the Boston area and has been for years. Both artists I’ve been tattooed by (Michelle Dugan and Josh McAlear) are amazing and have been nothing but super professional, patient and helpful with my crazy ideas and concerns, and I’ve always left with something better than I had imagined. The other artists in the shop all seem to churn out super high quality work every day too. I’ll probably eventually get tattooed by all of them as well ?

This place is a gem and I really enjoyed my appointment here with Josh! The space is lovely; good music, cool decor, and incense, plus it was very clean. Josh was kind and communicative, making sure I was comfortable and checking in often during the 3 hour session! I love the design he created for me; he incorporated everything I wanted in a very well-composed and balanced piece. I was very satisfied at how quickly, yet accurately, he worked. His line work is very clean and beautiful, and the different line weights add great dimension to the tattoo. We decided to make a second appointment for the shading, and he made it super easy to schedule that appointment as well....read full review
