“The best around! This is a family-owned, small business with super easy parking, a solid selection of glasses to pick from, and the best customer service. They are so helpful and always looking to find ways to make your experience of getting an appointment, finding the right frames, and getting your glasses quickly as easy as possible. “I never write reviews, BUT I had no choice with this amazing duo! My daughter broke her glasses. The office was closed until Tuesday but I put a call in and left a message of what happened. They actually opened their store came in made her glasses and I had them within an hour on a Sunday! Amazing! My daughter has been wearing glasses since she was two. It would take me weeks to get a replacement. I will never go anywhere else for her exams and glasses! I’m a loyal customer for life!“

“I have been going to Bill at Designer Optical for 23 years, since my daughter was a toddler with strabismus in both eyes (for which she had successful surgery). Her prescriptions were quite complicated and fittings took a great deal of timeBill always made her feel comfortable and made the appointments a special occasion.I told him that she could choose her own frames from the age of three, and we talked beforehand about which ones would be best for her to select from, he was most helpful, kind and patient.
