Absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for some good work out.I cannot recommend Amy McAndrew enough. She is a wonderful instructor and a kind and nice person too. Her classes are pretty hard, well quite hard for me...but then I keep reminding myself "there's no gain without pain". I feel these kind of hot setting with all that continuous movements and postures can do wonders to your body, For me, I feel it gets all the toxins out and makes my skin glow apart from building some muscles and strength,
Been going to Power Yoga every week and love it so much! Open Doors in Dorchester is my fav studio, the instructors know my name and I couldn’t say anything bad about this place! Highly recommend for hot yoga classs.
I have always liked this place - I had not been there for a few years but I went there this weekend and I was again very pleased. I am super new to yoga even though I have done maybe 15-20 sessions in my life. So from the perspective of someone that has no clue how to do things right and wants it for the relaxation part more than anything, this worked - the instructor - Courtney, was all about being with yourself and not necessarily checking if directions are followed on the dot.
