The service charge for the first call was reasonable and promptly settled. During the follow-up, extensive diagnostics revealed a faulty blower motor covered under warranty, necessitating an order from the distributor.
Rob, our technician, was exceptionally professional and thoughtful. Anticipating our discomfort without AC, he brought us a portable unit from the shop for temporary relief. I'd also like to extend my gratitude to Brian, the Service Manager, for his understanding and assistance throughout.
