When I asked him about upgrading the system to mini splits, he didn't give me a hard sell but told me about to read up on what mass save rebates I might be eligible for and then he can discuss how to navigate that to make sure we get the most out of anything we decide to do in the future. 1000/10 will hire again and be my go to for any HVAC related issues.“

We had to turn off the water to the house and needed someone to come out and help ASAP. We called Karl that day and he rearranged his Saturday so he could come over and help us out. Both my wife and I were dreading this project because of its anticipated scale, especially ducts installation, and its expected disruptions. “Total Comfort Mechanical had impressed us a couple of years ago when they came out to diagnose our ailing 22 year old air conditioner compressor. They could have easily claimed that it was too old to repair and pressured us to replace the unit, but instead they identified a broken part and quickly replaced it for a reasonable price. This summer we decided to replace our entire HVAC system and also completely replace and straighten out our convoluted duct work. We had TCM do the job which they did very professionally for a very fair price. Wendell came out to spec the job and listened carefully to our concerns and our budget constraints and provided us with three different detailed quotes to choose from. His crews were exceptional, arriving on time, working late when necessary, cleaning up, and being professional the whole time they were here. We highly recommend this company.“

It was evening, roads unplowed, horrible conditions, yet Bob F soon arrived and gave us heat. --- Jeff R solved a years-old electrical fault probably caused by original installer. No more smoke puffs / alarms in the basement! --- Today in July, Jeff restored our Central AC cooling within 2 hours of my call. . I know a company can't guarantee this level of service, but RER has been providing it!“
