“We came home from a trip to find our furnace was out, and it was somewhat cold day. I called Haffner and was put in touch with Tommy who was on call. He walked me through a reset which seemed to work at first, but it failed again and I called Tommy back. He ended up having to drive and search for hours for the parts needed for our powervent and I assisted him (held a light) as he did the work in the cold dark outside. We came close to giving up but Tommy persisted and we finally have heat at midnight as I write this. Our sincere thanks to Tommy and Haffner.“

“Total Comfort Mechanical had impressed us a couple of years ago when they came out to diagnose our ailing 22 year old air conditioner compressor. They could have easily claimed that it was too old to repair and pressured us to replace the unit, but instead they identified a broken part and quickly replaced it for a reasonable price. This summer we decided to replace our entire HVAC system and also completely replace and straighten out our convoluted duct work. We had TCM do the job which they did very professionally for a very fair price.
