“Sometimes words cannot tell the whole story, but I will try my best. Brent was hired by the Winding Brook II Board of Trustees twice in the last few months. He is professional, informative, on time, easy to work with, honest, thoughtful, communicative in every step. He and his crew were outstanding and they know what exactly they are doing. We hired Brent to manage our first project which was installing a drainage system to assist with rain water roof runoff from 2 buildings to be routed underground into our private basins near the main road. Brent took care of every detail from start to finish. He knew our budget and time constraints, helped us with the Town Hall Water/Sewer/Conservation departments, pulled necessary permits, called Dig Safe, and completed the project on time even through some very cold and wet days.We were so impressed that it was an easy decision to have Brent and his team come back and fix separate issue we had on our property. During the heavy rainstorms we experienced at the end of December '22, we noticed a buildup of water that wasn't draining to the outfall into the woods. Brent took care of the area by regrading the landscaping away from our driveway and the building. Everything works and looks great. “It's a nice place to live.They are well kept properties and the staff is great and responsive Only draw is bathrooms have no ventilation system . Constant trouble with mold buildup on ceiling and upper walls near bath.“
