“Today Boston’s temperature reached over 90 degrees. I was out with my two dogs and ran out of water. My lab started to suffer heat exhaustion and I was panicking. I saw these guys working on a house and asked if I could borrow their hose. They said they didn’t have access to running water but offered to share their water supply. They even gave me a little for my journey home. They saved me and my dogs. To me this says a lot about the character of these men - I would definitely consider them in the future.“

It appears possible that the new/originally is originating from my neighboring townhome side.update September 2021: Unfortunately, I had another water leak in the exact same area that they had tried to fix. I tried contacting the owner Eric a few times by email and voicemail and he did not respond.I rely heavily on reviews myself. Based on the reviews for this provider, I chose them. My experience was entirely consistent with the others. This is an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them. I will certainly use them in the future. I used them three years ago to repair significant water damage from the leak. The total cost for this damage was approximately $13,000. They did a very good job and I was very happy with their work. A few months ago I had another leak from a faulty appliance installation. I also had some additional water damage in the corner of the basement which it was unclear where the water was coming from. They were able to diagnose and reproduce the leak. John did a fair amount of the work. I'm hoping he gets a nice raise in the future. He is an amazing worker. Everyone we worked with was great. I hope I do not have to work with them again for a water leak. If I do have any future issues I will definitely call them up. For the most recent work, the total charge was approximately $13,000. Roberto patiently walked us through our options at the beginning of the project, explaining the pros and cons of each decision. He and the team were always prompt and responsive. We appreciated them being so diligent with their work, respecting our home, and getting the project completed quickly despite the weather. They carefully cleaned up at the end of each day (not just the end of the project) which we were very thankful of because of our small kids running around! Highly recommend!“
