As part of a new kitchen in a 10 unit condo in Brookline we had to have a building drain down to replace the hot and cold water shutoffs which we old and not closing completely. We scheduled the work with Alewife and the property manager. Alewife arrived bed as scheduled and completed the drain down and valve replacement. They also made suggestions about where the valves should be located for easy access. Overall fantastic work!“
