“Two guys in a truck came and blew my mind the other day, steam cleaning two rugs that have seen better days, but are now almost perfect.

They also were willing to sweep two areas, which was great, and they even helped me put a glass table top on, for no extra charge!

“We had an over 40-year old cross-stitch that was yellow with green letters. It had hung on the kitchen wall for decades. It was stained in grease, dirt, etc. We sent it off to Regal. We spoke with David of Regal and knew the risks of potential bleeding on the green letters etc. on the cross-stitch. We shipped it from Charleston to Woburn MA. It is as good as new. David kept us informed and communicated with us the whole time. Fantastic business and people who take their craft seriously and take good care of other's family pieces. We are very grateful.“

I called 9 am Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Tuesday 7 am preferably. Customer service was prompt. The young lady Sheisy asked all the right questions.
