It's hard to believe a company like this exists in our harsh modern world. They are so kind, helpful, flexible, etc. We have many antique rugs and have had them all cleaned with BRC. They do a fabulous job. They will come and pick up, clean, and then deliver to you your rugs on a schedule that is convenient for you. Does your rug need to be cleaned? Ask yourself... how long has it been? Yes. Yes they do need a cleaning. Use BRC. They are fantastic.
In the time I have lived in Boston I have tried various companies that clean rugs, and Boston Rug Company is by far the best. Boston Rug takes great care in the cleaning process, and I know that when my rug is brought back to me it will be beautifully clean.
Great varied designs, sizes & colors. Very helpful. Allowed us to take it home to try it without buying, to determine if it was a good fit & choice!! We loved it & still do. Doing business with them was easy & and friendly. Sorry they are closing! Wish we needed more rugs!!
