“I badly cracked my screen on my Motorola Stylus phone and needed it to be repaired. I also had a problem with my charging cable not staying in when I plugged it in.I went to iFixPhones and met the two Azeberbajani technicians who worked in the Waltham and Cambridge. They recognized that my phone was a bit unusual and initially said they would need to order the screen I agreed but as I was on my way home they called me and said that they might have a screen that they would try to install that creen. Unfortunately it did not work and they had to order the screen which arrived next day. By 12 noon they called me and said it was ready. They also fixed my charging port.The total cost for the screen and charging port together with installation was $140 which seemed reasonable to me. It was much cheaper and less trouble than replacing the phone.I also was interested to know that they could replace the battery even though it is not meant to be replaced. This would cost $69.So I am very happy to have found this shop and wish that I had known about it before when I replaced a broken phone.“

“While they somewhat tend to be overpriced and slightly under experienced for very advanced networking setups, they are for sure smarter than the average person and there some accountability in having Best Buy back this IT group that will make you feel more secure about having them set it up considering how many scammers are out there as independent contractors who will sneak into your firewall post setup… So where am I going with this, if you don’t have the time to figure this out than they are a no brainer to use.“
