The petvet team really helped navigate USDA international certificate and pet travel documentations. They are always taking good care of anxious dogs, and with time, visits are getting better. The facility is super clean, the staff lovely, and very communicative every step of the way. The team is so friendly and accommodating, and patient with reactive dogs, able to take them back no problem. They took the time to go through cats' wet foods. It's not a hassle to get an appointment.
Now that I can compare the care of Dr. Buckley versus other veterinarians in the area, I can confidently say that The Pet’s Vet far exceeds the ability of other practices. I wouldn’t trust my cat with any other vet!
We were so sad to have Dr Buckley leave Medfield. We always knew that our dogs were in such capable hands. Dr Buckley was able to diagnose my dog's food allergies and help them with ear infections. I'm so happy that she opened her own hospital, The North end is so lucky to have her.
Dr Buckley is wonderful!! She took such care to explain everything to us and took her time to really get to know our cat’s medical history. So happy to have such a great vet now in the North End!
