My dog is treated with patience and kindness the moment we enter the facility. Love this location! Very knowledgeable and caring staff and the doctors are always so helpful and always go above and beyond explaining and educating us in order to squash our worries. They made making an appointment for a covid puppy safe and convenient! Easy to get to from where we live in East Boston.Dr. Wasco answered all of our questions thoughtfully and took time with us and our pup. You call when you get there, chat outside, then they take your pet in. It was efficient.
Have been taking both my dogs here since I moved back to Boston in 2017. The bets are amazing, and the location is convenient. I would highly recommend anyone in the Boston and East Cambridge, Technology Square/MIT area to check them out!
