Was in desperate need of a glasses adjustment and Christos did an amazing job and was super friendly. They have a very unique glasses and sunglasses selection. They have tons of acetate frames (which I love) and many unique metal frames as well. Every drawer is a like a treasure chest of glasses and they carry a ton of harder to find brands.

Christos at Soma Optical is hands down the best optician I have ever met. I have worn glasses all my life and have purchased eyeglasses from opticians all around Boston and in the various cities I’ve lived in across the country. Working with Christos was by far the best experience I have ever had.With other opticians I’ve found that they tend to just say “yes” to whatever you pick or to base their recommendations solely on style rather than paying attention also to fit and functionality. Came to Soma with a pair of damaged sunglasses and Christos repaired them on the spot. Saving me what would have been a very timely and expensive endeavor repairing them through the manufacturer. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft, and the unique selection at Soma reflects that.
