Went there yesterday and had a great experience. I had an early appointment at 11 but they told me to come at 11:30 which was no problem. Staff was super nice, Terry did an amazing job. I would definitely come again.

I've been going here for about two years for gel manicures, and I always have a good experience. The color selection seems broad. The nail techs don't rush, and they're friendly and approachable. And my nails seem to last longer than at other places. It's a casual environment, which I like—people are chatting and Netflix is always playing. The prices are great—they charge less if you pay in cash. I usually make an appointment for quieter times of week; if you go on a Friday evening or Saturday morning, you might have to wait a little bit.

Broke my nail a few weeks ago and magically Q brought me back to life without charging me a dime! He’s the best. Took me so long trying to find a good nail tech in the city and I think I finally found the right place. Parking is a hassle but it’s worth the trip !
