“Brought my Mom in for some diagnostics. Our tech, Sandra A., was phenomenal. She was extremely patient with my limited mobility mother and spent as much time as my Mom needed to feel comfortable and informed regarding treatment. Sandra’s professionalism offset the fact that Tufts didn’t have any wheelchairs available for handicapped patients. If it were not for our incredible tech, this review would have only warranted 2 stars.“

When my insurance didn’t cover an eye drop she worked with me until we found one that was. I cant say enough good things about her! Run don’t walk to Dartmouth Street Vision Center!!!“

“Simple & efficient I made an appointment on Monday and showed up on Friday at 9 am. Despite being a new patient, I only needed to fill out 2 forms and waited 5 minutes for the front desk to process my information and start pre-screening. Doctor saw me 5 minutes after pre-screening completed. Overall, I spent 35 minutes from entry to exit. With insurance, I paid $20 for the eye exam and an additional $40 to get a retina scan.“

“I have NEVER ever written a review about anything before but this place made me want to. This place is absolutely AMAZING. I have been to other eye doctors before and nothing compares. Dr Cheryl DePaulo Jost is THE best optician that I have ever seen and I have been wearing glasses practically since birth she is incredible kind, smart, and humble. She one thousand percent knows exactly what you need for eyewear and will provide you with the best prescription you have had in your life. She really takes the time to make sure that your prescription is the one that you need. She is exceptional at what she does and really makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. All of the other staff is kind and helpful. I had Linda help me who is also amazing! She was an amazing optician and was very funny and incredibly helpful to pick out the frames that suit you best. She was a blast to work with and really missed her calling as a comedian! I have nothing but respect for this establishment. The best out there. I just found my eye doctor for life!!!“

“UPDATE: I am a "lifer." The service is consistently five stars, the selection varied, and the doctors thorough and responsive. Lorry has a sixth sense for what will and won't work and everyone else is just as cheerful and knowledgeable. I bring my frames for adjustments -- I have a big head and wear my glasses every waking moment -- and I always get top-notch service for that as well.“

“Really clean environment inside and outside. I appreciate the fact I was in as a new client and after my paperwork was filed less than 10 minutes later I was going downstairs to get my eye exam. The way the staff treated me was very professional and extremely polite. I felt really comfortable in the doctor's care getting my eyes examine. I only have one disappointment, mass health coverage only pays for exam. There is no frames or even the glasses that were covered. I was very sad to hear it would have cost me $250 minimum for them. Really expensive for that to have me pay. Eyes on Worcester wasn't even expensive. I paid $78 for everything there.“
