Two of our kids have been in the program for 8 years and a third wanted to join as soon as he was old enough (age 5). They had so much fun my wife and I joined too! It has been great for fitness, flexibility, agility, strength and fun. It has helped prepare us for other activities & given everyone confidence. The instructors are AMAZING.

MTC has been a great experience for our son. From age 5 through his belts, to the national championships, his Junior Black Belt and his current training for his third Poom, the MTC team has been amazing. Great coaches and great people.
