Been attending classes for over 15 years. I am currently an active black belt who helps and teaches in the dojo. You will learn alot and grow in so many ways if you join our family. This is a great school and we would love for you to visit us!

I'd give this place 10 stars if possible. I've attended training once a week for the past few months and I must say this place is great for a hard core workout. The soca music and the instructor's energy keeps me going. This morning he held a special Thanksgiving class that blew all my other workouts out the water. Class end two hours ago and I am still burning calories (according to my Polar heart monitor). I highly recommend this course!
