“I’ve been a client of Stilisti for eight years now. My cuts and color are *consistently* gorgeous. Marisa (the owner) is my primary hairdresser, but I don’t hesitate for a moment to see another stylist (Ana) if the scheduling works out better. Marisa emphasizes training of everyone in the salon and her standards are high! Even the hair washes feel special; Darlyne, in particular, gives an awesome scalp massage. The salon uses Goldwell color, which is my favorite for my blonde hair and they do a beautiful job with dimension (base color with tons of high/low lights and also a really pretty Scandinavian blonde treatment around my hairline). Maybe best of all is that there is zero attitude at this salon, which is so refreshing (especially for Newbury Street). The prices are consistent with other downtown Boston/Back Bay salons (read “not cheap” :)) but 100% worth it, especially when I factor in how well my cuts grow out. If it weren’t for my fast-growing roots at age 48, I could definitively stretch the time between appointments; but - alas - I love how great I feel with consistently great hair, so I am on about an every 8 week schedule. Bottom line: highest marks for Stilisti ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

I’ve come here to get my nails and my hair done and it’s a 10/10 love it here ! The environment is aesthetically pleasing and peaceful and they have barber who does amazing cuts for the men in your lives or your friends and family members. “I’ve been going here for all my hair care needs for the last year or so and I will have to say that it’s unfair how there is a negative review that was so baseless written about this place. First of all we all know to put any type of color on Asian hair is hard let alone a color that would require bleaching. I’ve gone to expensive American salons on Newbury street that have charged me 400+ just for simple color but still can’t come out to half the result of this hair salon and only half the price. Before coming here I’ve given up salon hair service and just used box dye for the longest time but I came in for just a simple hair cut at first and as time went on I see how great of a job she does and finally trusted her with a color. Of course I was in doubt and want a simple color even tho I truly wanted ash blonde but I know how damage my hair is and didn’t want to overwhelm them. She said she can do it so we give it a try and also was clear on what she will do in order to keep it healthy after if she have to bleach my hair which is a keratin treatment. There was only one bleach process which blew my mind because of all the damage I had on my hair and different colors I had on it I thought I will deff have to go through two. The results were amazing and I can say for a fact the keratin treatment is worth every penny if anyone have to bleach because I have never seen my hair this soft after bleaching. And the color staying on this long. I came in at 11 and left before 5pm all of that with a hair cut as well. I’m never going anywhere else“
