Lapels provides exceptional service and on my schedule. They dont tell me when my cleaning will be ready, they ask when do I need it. I have been very impressed with the quality of their work and the service I receive. I am glad they are in my neighborhood. I highly recommend them.

They stapled part of my coat. I don't get why they have to staple thru your coat to leave the tag on? Is longer paper tag that expensive? If you love your coat, go somewhere else.

Expensive, missing items. No one at front desk, guy that fills in has no idea what he is doing. Takes ten minutes and he asks me how many items I had? Quality is mediocre compared to how expensive everything is
