Haven't used their services but feel a review is necessary as this has been such a convenient UPS Access Point. The manager is always so friendly, whereas a lot of other access point locations are rude, limit the size of items you can drop off, etc. It's SO nice to have this option right in Southie (I use RTR every month, so always am returning packages). Thanks for being so convenient and nice!
My washing machine broke down and I needed to use a laundromat, which I dreaded. When I arrived at Precious M, I could see one of the staff cleaning the tables and machines. It's clean and tidy and the staff are lovely.
My girlfriend and I have been getting our laundry done here just recently and he is absolutely so amazing customer service is top tier , clothes are always on time and he always helps us pack out car not to mention if your an animal lover he has a little section for animal purchases which is always a plus in my book
