We first met Boris and Gerry when the house they were building was nothing more than a hole in the ground. All that was available to see was the beginnings of the foundation. Our real estate agent thought that it was a property which might be interesting to us, and so she arranged for us to meet. We went to the building site, where we were shown the blueprints for the house to be built. The location was perfect, and the specs looked just like what we wanted, but we’d never heard of these builders before.
