Lisa and the entire team at Boston Gyrotonic Central are amazing practitioners. They have deep knowledge of the body and as a physical therapist, I recommend this practice all the time to my patients. I know they are going to get amazing rehab from instructors who look at the whole body!

I was a student of Lisa’s from 2009 to 2011. Our training initially started to address a congenital back problem but expanded to include so much more! It’s been more than ten years since we worked together and - without exaggeration - I still think of the movement principles I learned with Lisa on a daily basis. I could not recommend her training any more highly and am grateful for our time together! Thanks Lisa!!

My experiences at Gyrotonic Boston Central are nothing short of an amazing learning experience with teachers at the top of their game. As the instructors have full, demanding schedules it has been wonderful to do virtual classes with them. Highly recommend this studio in person but also virtually.
