Lisa the store Manager was courteous, friendly, warm and also her colleague was SUPER helpful. I was looking to stock up on my Kjaer Weis lipstick but the Newbury branch did not carry the line.Overall great customer service & first experience.
I came for the candles, but their selection was pretty lacking in person compared to their website. The candles that were on display had a layer of dust on top of the wax so it was very difficult to smell the cold throw.
Finn at the Newbury St. location did a great job helping me with a rush makeup application at the last minute, she was able to help me as soon as they opened! Amazing customer service and great products and brands, love this store!
