I got my hair cut here a week or two ago and it was a very warm and inviting experience. The woman who cut my hair was wonderful and no nice, easy to communicate with on what I wanted, and adjusted as I gave feedback! I only just moved to Boston not too long ago from New York where I had a woman I went to for haircuts but I'm glad I'm able to have someone I can trust close to home!Service: Haircut

Horrible experience. Spent two hours coloring my hair and the color did not take. Owner said he'd have to redo it and then he left and left me with another stylist. Another 90 minutes. Second color wasn't right either then she proceeded to cut WAY too much of my hair. Very unhappy. Owner also would not wear a mask. Charged me $240 for the bad job. This has never happened to me before so I am sure it was his color.
