“Matt has done plumbing work a handful of times for us and he's fantastic. On multiple occasions he's had me troubleshoot the problem myself and some of those times I was able to resolve it without having to have him come out or pay him a dime. He responds to photos of the problem area sent over text. Other times it has helped narrow down the problem so he knows what he's dealing with in advance of showing up which helps him arrive prepared with the necessary parts and gets him in and out quicker. He has responded to calls on holidays and come out after-hours, warning us in advance that he'll bill at his emergency rate. I hope to not have many plumbing problems, but when they inevitably arise, I'm calling Matt.“

“I had shingles damaged on my roof during last week's wind storms. More winds on the Friday night before Easter caused more issues and the banging noise kept us up most of the night. I called a few companies and Mike was able to come out on Easter Saturday and replaced the damaged shingles at a reasonable price! Thank you Mike!“

This is the work we had done: they replaced all asphalt shingles on our mansard roof and a bay window roof, and installed a rubber roof on our garage. They also capped and repointed a very damaged chimney and replaced flashing. After taking many photos of the roof and chimney at the initial inspection Rick carefully explained his recommendations. At completion he reviewed what they had done with many after-photos, all of which were provided to us for our records. Everything was completed per agreement, quickly, with no mess left behind. The on-site workers were all very nice people; they worked hard from start to finish and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done.“
