Gastro Health has doctors who provide fantastic care, as noted by one patient who had a very nervous first colonoscopy and found the staff to be extremely kind and patient. The facility is spacious and immaculate, with ample parking and a convenient location. However, there have been complaints about the office staff and the check-in system. One patient found the electronic sign-in system to be inconvenient, especially for those who are not familiar with technology. Another patient had a frustrating experience with the staff regarding a diagnosis and felt they were given the run-around, leading to unnecessary expenses.
