Positive experience overall with this organization. Scheduling is easy and I have been going to both the Acton and Harvard location (both are equally far for me).There is some better availability and flexibility if you are not tied to a specific doctor.The Healow app is bit improvement over the predecessor app and makes it easier to keep track of appointment, your results etc.

Dr. Natalie Cohen is the BEST. I feel confident I am in great hands with her. The challenge with getting your care here is the administrative system. It is very difficult to get a phone call through. The doctor is better at getting back to me than the secretary.

Visited this place only twice in the span of ~15 months, and saw my primary care doctor only ONCE before getting a letter from Acton Medical Associates essentially firing me from the practice because my doc (who seemed actually good and decent) left. This place is unreliable and they will leave you in a lurch; which is kind of scary to think of when the whole point of primary care is to address health issues BEFORE they get out of control. If you will not stay away from them because of all the negative reviews, at least stay away from them because they can't find someone to take care of you.
